Programs
Harvest Box Program
The Harvest Box Program is designed to support individuals and families residing in Adams County and surrounding areas facing temporary or ongoing hardships by providing monthly food assistance to help those in need transition to a more stable state of food security. You can apply for a Harvest Box for the month of June below. Applications will close on June 14th, unless maximum capacity is reached prior. Upon review of applications received, determinations will be made based on need and available resources, and applicants will be notified.
The Care Closet
The Care Closet is a loan program that provides medical equipment (free of charge) to individuals experiencing medical hardships. We understand that not all equipment needs are fully covered by insurance, and we want to come alongside and fill in the gaps as resources are available. If you have medical equipment that you are no longer utilizing and would like to donate or if you need a particular item, email info@gh-community.org today!
Graceful Beginnings
Coming in 2025! We will be launching a program for at-risk mothers and foster parents, serving as a resource for essential baby equipment, clothing, and diapers.
The Hope Project
The Hope Project connects anonymous Holiday Heroes with children and families facing hardship, enabling them to provide Christmas gifts, bringing joy during the holiday season. This program brings community members together to show care and compassion for their neighbors. Registered families also receive food boxes, helping to ease their burdens and focus on what matters most. Stay tuned for opportunities to get involved for Christmas 2025!
